No — and it’s probably why half the people who quit guitar do so in the first month. A good setup makes a huge difference in comfort, and sometimes makes a cheap guitar play like one that costs far more.
Is my guitar worth repairing?
I’ll be honest with you. If the repair would cost more than the guitar is worth, I’ll tell you not to fix it.
My guitar buzzes or rattles on some notes?
That can have many causes, from something simple to something that needs real work. I need to see it first, then I’ll tell you what the problem is and what the fix is before I touch anything.
